			Most of the Iclan Kingdom's early years are unimportant. Unlike most of the more populated parts of the planet, however, it didn't go into a big industrial age and stayed fairly simple. In addition, the kingdom also came into possession of a diamond of unknown origin with the power to destroy an entire planet. At one point the ruler was King Fridd Icle (with prime minister Dendel), and he had a daughter named Snophia Icle, but she disappeared one day. The queen died soon after, and after many years King Fridd died. On his deathbed, he told them to locate the new ruler: Top Mon Hit.

			Top was brought in from [[Star World]] along with some of his acquaintances, but less than a few days later it was attacked by a [[The Dark Perforation\|Dark Perforation]] general, Minorbu. The kingdom was devastated, but Top was able to escape from the diamond so it didn't fall into Minorbu's hands. Later, the kingdom learned that Snophia had been captured by The Dark Perforation, and about five months after Top left with the diamond, The Dark Perforation was defeated and Snophia was returned.

			Snophia became queen, but the kingdom was in such disrepair she had to turn to [[Chills Pacone]] for help in funds to rebuild the kingdom. Although she was able to retain the kingdom's independence, Chills now knew the kingdom's locations and a portion of the kingdom's profits had to go to him. He was about to stage a campaign to fully take over the kingdom later that year, but the plan failed and the kingdom still retains its independence.

The Iclan Kingdom is a tiny kingdom hidden in a mountain range on Shiver Star. It is so small, in fact, that it has no capital city and is more like a city-nation. It is ruled by Snophia Icle and prime minister Dendel. It was previously ruled by King Fridd, and [[Top]] ruled it for a short time in [[King Top]], which held its debut. It once guarded a powerful diamond capable of destroying an entire planet, but the diamond has since disappeared.

The Iclan Kingdom use stars like the rest of Shiver Star. The economy took a turn for the worst when the kingdom had to be rebuilt after The Dark Perforation attack, and had to begin to rely on the main ruler of the planet, Chills Pacone, to keep it supported.
