			Although Whacko is technically a member of Team TOT, he isn't often appearing in it and is less importan than the other three members, as well as not being thought of as a member quite as often. He is on good terms with the others in it, however, especially Top, who sometimes sees Whacko as a sort of pet. He also is friends with Oshy and works with Topper sometimes.

			An "invention" by Professor Oh Gee, the Wagon Fulla Dirt is, as it said, a wagon full of dirt. Whacko uses it to travel around to places where he shouldn't logically be able to, such as the insides of buildings and inside ships. The only question is, how does he fit in that wagon?

	Prior to meeting Top, Whacko was a whacka who often banded together groups of whacka to fight for their rights against mistreatment, occasionally with violence. At one point, while local whacka mistreater and all-around jerk Terry showed up to try and get a bunch of whacka's bumps to sell, Top and his brother Mot showed up. Whacko recognized Top as a supporter of whacka rights, and helped him and his brother out (as they were being chased by Bonetail somehow). After Terry defeated Bonetail with a Mega Star, Top hammered him away. Soon after, Top invited Whacko to stay with him, and the two became good friends.		Top explained that he had been fraimed for a series of robberies, and Whacko agreed to get the whacka together to help him out. He needed to reach Peach's Castle and get into the basement so he could reach Peach, so the whacka dig a long tunnel leading to the basement, where Top was able to free his friends and defeat the villains who framed him. Soon after, Top invited Whacko to stay with him, and the two became good friends. However, not long after Top, [[Oshy]] and [[Topper]] left on a cruise they had won late the previous year.

			This left Whacko to look after the house with Team TOT's friends (though they ended up having a wild party). Whacko told them they would have to clean it up before Top and the others returned, but due to unforseen circumstance, Top and the others had to return early and the house wasn't cleaned up. Top was angry. A few days later, seismic quakes began occuring at Mt. Rugged where a group of whacka were known to live, so Team TOT headed out there to help out. The quakes were the cause of a giant stone worm, which Team TOT took care of. Whacko remained for a little while longer to teach the whackas there self-defense.

			When [[Princess Apricot Gisho]], Oshy's girlfriend, was kidnapped, Team TOT and others went on a journey for the [[Chaos Emeralds]]. Whacko wanted to come halfway through the story, but couldn't since they were going to the moon. Whacko went to [[Professor Oh Gee]]'s lab, where Oh Gee "invented" a "Whacka Transporter" AKA the "Wagon Fulla Dirt". For the rest of the story, Whacko tailed along, going with them to Ricco Harbor, Poshley Heights, and then Joke's End.

			A large addition to the top of Joke's End revealed to be a spaceship, however, but it was attacked by a few other factions trying to get the Chaos Emealds as well. In the end, they were scattered across the cosmos to prevent one of the evil factions from obtaining them. Whacko also appeared near the beginning of Designs Revisited and cameoed in The Oddtastic Adventure.

			In December, Top recieved a letter stating that he was to inherit a kingdom on Shiver Star, becoming the new king of the [[Iclan Kingdom]]. Whacko traveled with him, as well as other acquaintances, but the kingdom was attacked a day later and demolished. Team TOT was given a diamond full of immense power to guard. A month later, they learned [[Metal Top]], a robotic copy of Top, had stolen the Master Emerald on [[Mobius]]. Whacko went with them to stop it, eventually succeeding, but when they returned home they found Top's house destroyed and the diamond stolen.

			They were not without a home, however, as Oshy was able to get them a new home at [[Gisho Castle]]. A month later, Whacko was nearly forgotten when Metal Top, along with an army of robotic Pokemon, attempted to invade [[Pokeworld]]. Team TOT went across the lands, defeating groups of robotic Pokemon, then in one final battle they fought against a robotic Mewtwo powered by the stolen diamond. It was destroyed, and the diamond disappeared into space after nearly destroying the Pokeworld.

			When [[The Dark Perforation]]'s army invaded Star World, Whacko went with Top to the Koopa Kingdom to fight Metal Top. The Koopa Troop was battling against Dark Perforation troops, and Top and Whacko helped out. When the battleship Metal Top was in transformed into a giant robot, Top blasted his way in on his Wheelie Scooter, and for once Whacko went with him right into the action, helping out somewhat in the fight against Metal Top, and destroying the robot, though Metal Top escaped. When Team TOT went off to defeat The Dark Perforation once and for all, however, Whacko stayed behind.

			Several months later, when Top's dark side, [[Dark Top]], returned, Light Top had to be frozen when Dark Top was thought dead. When it was revealed Dark Top had not died, and was working with Bowser and [[Dimentio]] and had taken over [[The Mushroom Kingdom]], Whacko pulled out Top's Super Microwave, tossed him inside, and blasted him to the Mushroom Kingdom, unfreezing him and sending him into the final fight.
