Mr. Smiley Indifferent Face was created by Topmonhit to serve as a character to narrate and act as his omnipotent character that could do anything he wants to do. But after a while, he created The Cloud, and sold ownership of Mr. Indifferent Face to DrPikachu, who now uses it for the same purpose.
R.O.F. is a fruitcake. Hence the acronym. For some reason, he is madly in love with bananas and anyone who eats them. So unfortunately, people the likes of Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong are frequently stalked by him. Poor primates.

Appearance[edit]

R.O.F. looks like the yellow skin of R.O.B. on SSBB, but DrPikachu assures you that he is an entirely different character. Seriously. He is.

Bio[edit]

R.O.F. is a fruitcake. Hence the acronym. For some reason, he is madly in love with bananas and anyone who eats them. So unfortunately, people the likes of Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong are frequently stalked by him. Poor primates.
