The afterlife is, as inferred, where one goes after their life. Each system features its own afterlife (or it may be sector, who knows), which varies in how it works and what it's like. Several characters have gone to the afterlife, some of which have then returned to the realm of the living. Others still choose to become ghosts, although it's unknown how one goes about this.

This only happens if you live a full life. If you don't, you go to an afterlife; once you've lived a full life there, then you go to this. THIS IS SO SNEEN DOESN'T LIVE FOREVER!1!
