Mr. Smiley Indifferent Face is a character created by Topmonhit but now used by DrPikachu.

Appearance
Mr. Smiley Indifferent Face looks like those smileys on the Lithium message boards, like the old NSider forums. His face is normally the "Indifferent" smiley, but he can change his expression to any of the other smileys.
Bio
Mr. Smiley Indifferent Face was created by Topmonhit to serve as a character to narrate everything. However after a while, he created Wally Plotch, and sold ownership of Mr. Indifferent Face to DrPikachu, who now uses it as his omnipotent character.
