The Cloud is Topmonhit's Omnipotent Voice-of-the-User Character. It was the original and probably the best since it has a story that actually makes it himself.

He doesn't remember when he began to use The Cloud, but assumes either it's in G&W and without a search feature implausible to find, or at TTD and lost. Eventually it began to evolve into a vehicle instead of a character in its own right.
