King Rexor

King Rexor is the self-proclaimed King of Rexes, and generally Rexes seem to agree. He got his start as Prince Rexor on Gisho Island, but when it was destroyed, he was the only rex to escape. He eventually gained enough power to have his own castle and a large number of soldiers and ships, and has a top scientist named Dr. Tyrato.
