It's the 2008 Character Awards! Here, you can submit characters for various categories and then they'll be voted on. You can only submit 1 character per category. They only have to appear once in something from 2008. If you have any ideas for any categories, add them. Oh yeah and Anti-Heroes and Anti-Villains go under the Best Neutralguy.
