Flare is a dragonfly robot built by Kienstrom and is one of his two robots. He is somewhat based off of Scratch, being that he is smarter than Chopper and other such things. He can hover for a short distance, but isn't very powerful. Kienstrom generally mistreats Flare and Chopper, but apparently needs them (even if he won't admit it).

One of Kienstrom's 2 main robots. He and Chopper aren't all that great at carrying out orders and stuff. He, unlike Chopper, is smarter and more agile. And spiky.
