He would be a major character, but his only role seems to for Sneezier to clone him or make into a robot.

Also seems to only be important in the comics and known to have a ton of even less important characters who wear colorswap clothes.

One day, to get Luigi out of the house more, Mario had him join The Yoshi Bodyguards, though Luigi didn't really want to.
