Renel is a young Hocotatian who, after being inspired by Olimar's travels, seeks to be an explorer like him. He doesn't have too much experiance yet, but he's got potential. If his adventures involve pikmin, he works as hard as possible to keep said pikmin alive... even if it always nearly jeapordizes his adventures/life. His best friend is his pik-partner, Chiri.
