History
When the Phazon outbreak happened, Shuy was one of the victims, having contact with phazon and mutating into a monstrous shy guy. Some of The Yoshi Bodyguards arrived to fight him with some phazon-based weaponry, but a meteorite of phazon fell through the sky onto Shuy, mutating him further into a monstrous 30-foot shy guy. However, the YBs were able to incapacitate him and he began to calm down
