Slurp is a Slurp--er, Lickitung. He likes to lick things. He doesn't have much history or look much different from normal Lickitung, but Topmonhit likes him a lot because he likes Lickitung a lot, and Slurp is goofy and clueless as opposed to just pure random oddness.
History
At some point in his life Slurp found an Action Replay and it taught him Metronome.
I think he was in Pokeworld Peril 2 but heck who knows.
